Winter Break

For Christmas break I went to 2 posadas. Which is sort of like when you gather up with family members or friends and like thank god for what he gave us this year. On Christmas Eve i was with my family, we had a little gathering and opened up presents. And on the 25, I was with my boyfriend. I did the same on New years Eve, I was with my family I had a really fun time with them. But pretty much I didn't do anything besides just watch tv and go to the mall . (:

'Drinking Mirror' app aims to show how alcohol ages you

 

The Scottish government are develpong a campaign in which it encourages women to think about the health effects of regularly drinking above the recommended alcohol guidelines. With the use of technology increasing they have made an app that aims to drive that point home on a more personal level. This app lets users upload photos of themselves to show how their faces could age if they keep imbibing at their current rate.
